Your Big Toe Does More Than You Think
Every step relies on it. As your foot rolls forward, your full body weight pushes through that one joint... and if it's stiff, restricted, or pulled out of line (hello, bunions), your foot can't push off properly. So your body compensates: through the ankle, the knee, the hip, even your lower back. Poor big toe mobility doesn't just affect your foot. Over months and years, it quietly reshapes how you walk, stand, and move all day, every day.
The good news: two small muscles (Abductor Hallucis and Flexor Hallucis Longus, if you want the technical names) do most of the work keeping your big toe tracking straight; and in stiff, shoe-bound feet, they're usually under-active. Wake them back up with the right technique, and the joint stabilises itself. That's exactly what this workshop teaches you to do.
What You'll Walk Out Knowing
- A 90-second self-massage reset: the spiky ball technique that wakes up the muscles supporting your big toe, with QR-linked videos so you can keep doing it at home..
- How to actually wear toe separators: correct fitting and a gradual routine to restore space and alignment, backed by QR-linked videos on the why and the how
- A 5-move daily routine:heel lift, toe splay, toe turn, backwards walking, and a loaded stretch. Takes minutes. Fits into any day.
- A take-home booklet: your printed guide plus video references, so the work keeps paying off long after the workshop ends.
