About Rich
Rich is a father of two and a husband and hasn't always been the fitness guy. At school, he wasn’t the most sporty kid, but a career shift from running other people's businesses to building his own sparked a passion for health, movement, and what the body is capable of. Eighteen years later, he's still at it, and still training with the same training partner he started with.
Rich brings both the credentials and the lived experience to his work with gym clients. He helps fix broken bodies, identifying imbalances and the habits that created them, and working with clients to correct and restore balance. His approach is warm, practical, and grounded in real life. [He’s also a health coach!]
