About the class

RGM stands for the Ronnie Gardiner Method. It was created by jazz drummer Ronnie Gardiner and uses rhythm, music and movement to work your brain and body at the same time.

You follow symbols on a screen, say sounds out loud and move in time to music. It brings your sight, hearing, speech, memory and movement together in a fun, social group class.

You can take part seated or standing, whatever suits you on the day.
